I’m Rob McCowan, an abstract artist based in America(for now), I create work that lives somewhere between planning and impulse—between structure and soul. I sketch things out in my mind. I think things through (sometimes too much). But when it’s time to create, I get hyperactive and let the feeling take the wheel for hours. The process is layered—like the work itself.

My art explores emotion, energy, and the quiet tension that exists in all of us. Every piece is built with intention, but I’m not chasing perfection—I’m chasing Color, shape, texture,emotion... it all comes together at its own pace. 

Some days it’s a sprint. 

Some days it’s a slow burn. But it’s always real.
